Apply daily, if desired, on damp hair. Massage until it forms a cream. Rinse carefully.

After cleansing hair with Extreme shampoo, apply evenly and massage.
Leave on for 3-5 minutes and rinse. Follow with Extreme conditioner.

Apply and distribute on hair after shampooing, concentrating on lengths and ends.
Leave on for 2 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
