Blue compact bleaching powder.Up to 7 levels of lightening and perfect neutralisation.With integrated Fibre Bond Technology it creates new bonds between the hair fibres and significantly reduces hair breakage.
Mixing: mix 35gr bleaching powder with 70ml (1:2) of Igora Oil Developer 3% 10vol or 9% 12vol to a creamy consistency.Application: Apply immediately after mixing.Adequate distribution and a sufficient amount of product ensure the best equalisation.Apply carefully and generously to small sections on dry, unwashed hair, starting at the nape of the neck.Development time: 20-45 minutes depending on texture, developer used and desired result.Do not use heat sources to reduce the development time.Rinsing: After the development time has elapsed rinse with warm water and apply Schwarzkopf Professional Shampoo and Fribreplex No.2
