Waterproof eye pencil with a defined but soft line, no transfer and a matt finish.
The highly pigmented formula has an immediate color release, flawless both outside and inside the eye for a deep, rebellious and long-lasting look.

How to Use

Apply the pencil starting from the internal corner of the upper eyelid outwards, following the natural line of the lashes.
You can repeat the operation along the lower eyelid.
For a more intense look, apply REBELEYES also inside the lower lashline.
