Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean and dry the nail.Apply polish with one coat in the middle and then two on the sides.Apply a second coat of polish pushing the colour to the tip of the nail.Continue with the application of OPI Top Coat to seal, protect and polish the nail.To dry quickly apply 2 drops of Drip Dry Lacquer to each nail.
