Evenly distribute two doses of shampoo (approx. 10 g).
Massage the scalp for 2 minutes.
Rinse.
Apply 1 to 2 doses of the mask to washed and towel-dried hair, strand by strand starting at the nape of the neck.
Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes (to increase the relaxation-comfort effect, gather the strands on top of the head and wrap them in a warm towel).
Emulsify by adding a little water and massage in thoroughly.
Rinse thoroughly.
Use the Oil as the third step in the Absolut Repair routine: follow after Shampoo and Conditioner/Mask.
Apply Absolut Repair Oil to dry or washed and towel-dried hair.
Apply to lengths and ends before styling.
Do not rinse out.
