Apply to towel-dried hair.
If using BlondMe Blonde Toning after bleaching or lightening, neutralize with Blonde Me Bonding Mask.
Mixing: Blonde Me Bond Toning and BLONDEME Premium Developer 2%7 vol in equal parts 1:1.
Mix carefully until a smooth cream is formed.
Application: apply the mixture immediately after preparation.
Use plenty of product to ensure uniform results.
Development time: up to 20 minutes with visual control.
DO NOT use heat sources.
Rinse carefully, shampoo and apply the most suitable BlondeMe treatment.
