SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers designated by Hair Gallery or its delegate. The goods travel at our risk. In the event of theft/loss, Hair Gallery undertakes to send a new product and, if the same should be unavailable and/or out of stock, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the right for the customer to not accept this new product and request the issuance of a credit note relating to the product itself.
In the event that the carrier is appointed in any capacity by the customer, Hair Gallery will not be responsible for the loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
The goods supplied must be paid by Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer in advance or Cash on Delivery. The products purchased on hair-gallery.it will be delivered throughout Italy within 24/48 working hours (except for Sicily, Sardinia where delivery is expected within 48/72 working hours) from receipt and payment of the order.
To receive the products quickly and conveniently and to avoid delays in your shipment due to storage, we recommend that you indicate the address where you spend most of the day (e.g. your workplace) or where there is a trusted person who can collect your package. In this case, it is necessary to indicate, in addition to your personal details, the name of the place of delivery or the name of the person in charge of collecting your package. Furthermore, for precise and punctual delivery, we recommend that you always indicate a working mobile number. Despite these indications, if your shipment is stored for any reason, Hair Gallery customer care will be at your disposal to give new delivery instructions to the courier.
Obviously, we cannot guarantee delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are not attributable to Hair Gallery (e.g. strikes, weather events, special holidays, etc.). Therefore, if these times are not guaranteed, the customer will not be able to claim compensation.
IMPORTANT! For all orders received after 2:00 p.m., the package cannot be guaranteed to be processed the same day. For orders placed on pre-holiday days, shipping may be delayed. We would like to inform our customers that the courier will make 2 delivery attempts after which the package will remain in storage at the nearest branch. Our staff will notify the customer by telephone, inviting them to personally collect the package.

Shipping costs can be estimated in the cart by selecting the destination Country and are calculated at Checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WITH CUSTOMS
For all orders from countries with customs, any customs fees, taxes and import duties will be charged to the customer once the delivery arrives at its destination and passes through the relevant customs. All costs arising from these operations will be charged to the person receiving the delivery. Hair Gallery is not able to communicate in advance nor is it responsible for any additional costs arising from these operations or any documentation required as customs fees/practices vary greatly from country to country. We therefore suggest that you contact your customs office before placing your order so that you are informed of any costs and you will not be surprised when you receive your order.
