Hair Gallery Europe srl is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalogue published on the Hair Gallery Europe srl website, including for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the website, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Hair Gallery Europe srl

The technical information included in the Hair Gallery Europe srl website is taken from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalogue. Hair Gallery Europe srl , therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without prior notice. The Images are purely indicative, the title of the product will be valid. The information relating to the products provided on the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors. Since access and the possibility of placing an order online modify the availability of the product in real time, Hair Gallery Europe srl does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
Risk and Property
The goods are shipped carriage paid, insured with charge on the invoice; in the event that the goods are shipped carriage forward, upon indication of the customer, the risk is to be considered borne by the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from their warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In the event of non-conformity, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days by email or registered mail, to Hair Gallery Europe srl . Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be verified within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by email or registered mail. Any reports beyond the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (on line) or by telephone. The customer who sends the order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication confirming the order, via electronic mail (E-mail), with the indication of the relative order number; in the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative reasons or lack of product.
Multiple orders placed separately will not be combined into a single shipment; if you wish to purchase more than one item, you must do so in a single order. Please note that for all orders received after 2:00 PM, the package cannot be guaranteed to be processed on the same day.
Order Changes and Cancellation Requests
We remind you that we are very quick to prepare your order and that we use express couriers, this means that we cannot make changes once the order has been transmitted (change delivery address, payment method, products purchased, etc.). You only have 30 minutes from the moment you have confirmed and transmitted the order to let us know of any changes to be made! Hurry! The order can be cancelled if, at the time of the cancellation request, it is still being prepared; in this case no cost will be charged to the customer. We recommend contacting customer service by telephone, to have immediate confirmation.
If at the time of the request to cancel the order, the order has already been entrusted to the courier, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods at his own expense to Hair Gallery.

All prices listed on the site, in the relevant column are to be understood as prices including VAT . Prices can be changed at any time, without notice.
Payments
The goods supplied must be paid by Credit Cards, Paypal, Cash on Delivery (only in Italy) or Bank Transfer. Different conditions must be agreed in writing with Hair Gallery Europe srl

The goal of Hair Gallery is to always guarantee complete customer satisfaction for every purchase made. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Once Hair Gallery receives the goods and checks their perfect integrity, the aforementioned company will proceed to make the refund within and no later than 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to the following address within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products: customercare@hair-gallery.it a communication containing:
- the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
- the order number subject to the refund;
- the data relating to the Customer's bank account, exclusively in the event that the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that are not suitable for replacement for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery. Therefore, the returned products must be: correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation; cosmetic products must not be opened or used, without obvious signs of use. That is, they must not show any trace of any type of use and must not be in a condition that does not allow resale.
Furthermore, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for gift packaging, as indicated on the information page .
For the return of electronic devices, Hair Gallery , before accepting the return, reserves the right to request photos to demonstrate the perfect integrity of the item you wish to return. Once Hair Gallery receives the goods and checks their perfect integrity, the aforementioned company will make the refund within and no later than 30 days. For the return and shipment of the product, the Customer is free to use a courier of his choice, for which he will bear the costs. The customer must make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which he sent the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal, and send the goods to:

Important notes
The shipping costs for returning the products and the responsibility for the goods, for damage, theft and loss during shipping, as required by law, are the responsibility of the Customer. In the event of damage from transport occurring during the return, Hair Gallery will provide a communication to the customer within five working days of receiving the product, allowing the consumer to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously cancelled.
Complaints
In case of an error in the order or shipment, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the product received does not conform to the one ordered, you can request a free exchange with the desired product, or another of the same amount. The product sent by mistake will be collected at the expense of Hair Gallery Europe by the GLS courier in charge . The customer must make a request by email to customercare@hair-gallery.it , prepare the product to be returned with a package, intact and well packaged, and indicate to us:
- the place of collection of the products to be returned;
- date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of collection.
Please note that collection can only be scheduled once. In the event of unsuccessful collection, the return shipping will be at the Customer's expense. If the product received is damaged or defective (e.g. broken bottle and product leaking), a new free shipment of the same product, or another of the same value, can be requested. Photographic evidence of the damage will be required for insurance purposes. Partial refunds or discount vouchers may also be offered. In the event of refusal at the time of delivery for an order that was correctly processed and already paid for, the refund will be deducted from the outward and return shipping costs.
Hair Gallery does not provide refunds or replacements for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the Customer experiences an allergic reaction from using the product, we invite him to stop using it immediately. Hair Gallery is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by the products as the Customer should be aware of the products or ingredients to which he is allergic. If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer

If you wish to return a GHD product, we recommend contacting the website directly.
