Pure Light Blue Powder is a compact bleaching powder with blue pigment for lightening up to 7 levels, neutralizing unwanted yellow tones.
Particularly suitable for hair pickling.

Apply mixed with Coactivator Cream at 10/20/30 vol. in a 1:2 ratio for use with foils and at 1:1.5 for freehand techniques.
