For normal hair: after shampooing, apply to the scalp and towel-dried hair for optimal prevention results.
Leave on for 3-5 minutes, comb through and rinse.

For fine hair: can also be used as a pre-shampoo treatment for a light conditioning effect, also suitable for fine hair.
In this case, it should be applied to wet scalp and hair, left on for 3-5 minutes, after which it is rinsed out and then proceeded with normal shampooing.
