ULTRA-SHAPING WRAP - BELLY AND HIPS
1: a) Starting from mid-thigh and working upwards, wrap the pre-soaked bandage around the leg, using the spiral,
twist, taking care to overlap the edges of the bandage by no more than 1-2 cm;
b) Wrap 2-3 times around the buttocks and hips, then cover the entire abdomen;
c) Switch to the other leg;
d) Secure the end of the bandage to prevent it from rolling;
2: Put on the PE-HD pants and tie them at the waist with a knot;
3: Leave on for 30 to 60 minutes;
4: Remove both items;
5: Massage excess serum with quick movements from the thighs to the abdomen;
