Cryobandage:
1: a) Before opening the sachet containing the bandage, press it down completely with your fingers;
b) Starting above the knee, wrap the pre-soaked bandage upwards, using spiral turns, taking care to overlap the edges of the bandage by no more than 1-2 cm;
c) Wrap 2-3 times around the buttocks and pelvis up to the waist;
d) Wrap the other leg;
e) Secure the end of the bandage to prevent it from rolling up;
2: Put on the PE-HD trousers and tie them at the waist with 1-2 knots;
3: Leave on for 20 to 60 minutes. Wash your hands and avoid touching your eyes;
4: Remove both products;
5: Massage excess serum with quick, pinching movements from the thighs to the buttocks;
Step 6: Blot any excess product with a damp or dry tissue.
