Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean, dry nails with the cuticles pushed back.
For perfect polish, apply one stroke of polish to the center of the nail, followed by another stroke along each side of the nail.
Then apply a second coat of nail polish, blending the color all the way to the tips of the nails.
Shine, seal and protect your nails with a coat of OPI Top Coat, smoothing it down to the tips of the nails.
For nails that are dry and ready in minutes, apply 2 drops of DripDry Lacquer Drying Drops to each nail.
