Massage: mix 3 or 4 drops in 100 ml of vegetable oil or a body moisturizer.
Bath: Mix 5 or 6 drops in the bath water.
Manicure or Pedicure: Add 2 or 3 drops to the water.

It gives relief to the minor discomforts of red skin: two drops on a cotton ball soaked in water to give immediate relief.

Helps reduce muscle pain: add a few drops to Tea Tree Hair and Body Moisturizer for an invigorating massage.
