DEVELOPERS are special oxidizing emulsions, created specifically to be used with the Natural Choice Colors coloring system and lightening powders.
Their task is to perform a double action.
It lightens the natural melanin of the hair, and at the same time "develop" the pigments contained in the coloring product.
DEVELOPERS allow you to obtain a rich creamy formula that does not drip during use.
