Tecna Technical Superblend Milk 9 500ml - lightening milk

Superblend Milk 9 is a lightening milk that is mixed with Pure Bleach by Tecna bleaching powder and is designed for use with the SUPERBLEND system.
It creates a creamy mixture that doesn't run during use.
Enriched with milk proteins, which enhance shine and detangle, essential during the lightening treatment.

Mix equal amounts of bleaching powder and SuperBlend Milk 9.
Mix the mixture with BLEND10 until you get the desired consistency.
